Instructions

- Step 3: Air fry the steak for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping the bites halfway through the cooking time. For medium-rare results, cook for 6 minutes; for medium doneness, cook for 8 minutes.
- Step 4: While the steak is cooking, prepare the garlic butter sauce. In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt the unsalted butter. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Step 5: Transfer the cooked steak bites to a clean bowl. Pour the melted garlic butter over the steak and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley before serving immediately.

- For the best "sear" and crispy edges, always pat the steak cubes completely dry before seasoning, and cook in true single-layer batches to avoid steaming.
